    PHASICS est une PME spécialisée dans l’innovation en optique, située sur le plateau de Saclay, à Saint Aubin (91). Créée en 2003, nous nous sommes développés en proposant des produits innovants de haute technologie pour les marchés de la métrologie laser, la métrologie optique et pour l’imagerie en microscopie. Tournée à l’international, nos produits sont reconnus mondialement pour leur qualité et leur précision. Nous réalisons 90% de notre chiffre d’affaires à l’export, principalement aux USA en Asie et en Europe).

    Les systèmes optiques sont de plus en plus présents dans les produits du quotidien, de la voiture autonome jusqu’aux systèmes d’observation inclus dans les satellites.     Description du poste :

    Pour accélérer son activité commerciale, promouvoir ses nouveaux produits dans les différents domaines d’applications et couvrir plus largement certains territoires, PHASICS recherche un nouvel Ingénieur Technico-Commercial Export (H/F) pour développer ses ventes à l’international (Europe, USA, Asie).

    Rattaché au Responsable commercial, au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vos principales missions sont :

    • L’augmentation du chiffre d’affaires et le maintien des marges de l’entreprise ;
    • Le suivi et le développement du portefeuille clients notamment à travers l’organisation d’actions commerciales percutantes ;
    • L’animation et le suivi du réseau de distributeurs locaux
    • La prospection et la fidélisation de nouveaux clients en proposant des solutions adaptées à leur besoins spécifiques
    • L’extension de notre présence commerciale en investissant de nouvelles zones géographiques ;
    • La gestion des conditions commerciales en proposant et négociant les modalités contractuelles et tarifaires.
    • La définition et la mise en place d’un marketing international.

    Au sein d’une entreprise à taille humaine, innovante et dynamique, vous participerez à la définition de la stratégie de développement commercial et proposerez des évolutions de notre offre en étroite collaboration avec les bureaux techniques.

    Vous travaillerez depuis la France, des déplacements fréquents à l'étranger sont à prévoir.

    Profil :

    Issu de formation supérieure (Bac+5, physique, optique) avec de solides connaissances techniques, vous avez l’envie de maîtriser votre environnement technique et de développer vos compétences commerciales. Autonome et motivé, vous avez le gout du challenge. Curieux, vous aimez voyager et vous maitrisez l’anglais.

    Phasics Corporation is seeking a driven Technical Sales Engineer to accelerate our commercial activities, promote innovative products across diverse markets, and expand our presence in key U.S. states.     Location

    This position is based in Boulder, Colorado (US), with frequent travel required throughout the US and Canada (30%-40% travel time). A remote location may be considered for the right candidate.

    About Exosens Group

    Exosens specializes in the innovation and manufacturing of high-end electro-optical solutions, including travelling wave tubes, advanced cameras, and light intensifier tubes. With a legacy of 85 years and a workforce of 1,800 across 11 international sites, the company delivers custom detection components for complex, demanding environments.

    Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the North America Sales Manager and working within a multidisciplinary team, your key responsibilities will include:

    Sales Growth & Client Acquisition

    • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
    • Hunt for new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, outreach, referrals, events, and partner networks.
    • Identify, qualify, and engage new customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations for prospects and customers.

    Customer Relationship & Account Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and other commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closing, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and opportunity prioritization.

    Market Intelligence & Brand Ambassadorship

    • Increase brand recognition by representing Phasics at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
    • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to provide customer and market feedback, driving continuous product improvement.
    • Assist in creating technical documentation and sales tools to support marketing efforts.

    CRM, Analytics & Reporting

    • Maintain meticulous records within the CRM to track leads, opportunities, and every touchpoint of the customer journey.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and accurate forecasting to optimize the company’s commercial strategy.

     

    Profile:

    You hold an advanced degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in physics or optics, providing you with a strong technical foundation to engage with experts. Beyond your scientific expertise, you are a results-driven professional eager to push and master your commercial skills to drive growth. As a technical sales engineer, you thrive on challenges, hunting for new opportunities, and hitting targets. Independent and motivated by closing deals, you are curious by nature and enjoy traveling to lead our commercial expansion.

    Benefits and salary range

    Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus.
